After getting "the Klongtom user research summary", they
have summarized the main points as follows:

So, we get back to brainstorming with
our business specialists. We have been working to develop the system
in place, having the "Design thinking workshop 🔎" with
CEO and continuing working for 2 weeks until we got the best
solution. so we have a solution in 2 phases as follows:
1.
Website for storefront (mainly for mechanicians, makers, university
students)
2. Klongtom identity website (for tourists, and
foreigners)
Then, the CEO has selected 5 store
representatives and 10 regular customers came to do usability
testing. Mostly, we have edited the UI style according to the looks-
simplicity, craft, and "Order in chaos - as such
user-friendly.
